We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time, and accounts found to be registered by individuals under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all funds forfeited, and the matter reported to relevant authorities if required by law.

Each Player is permitted to maintain only one (1) Account on dbo007. Creating multiple accounts (also known as "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited. If we detect duplicate accounts linked to the same individual through IP address analysis, device fingerprinting, payment method matching, or other verification procedures, all duplicate accounts will be closed, and any funds or winnings in those accounts will be forfeited.

To register an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name as it appears on government-issued identification, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, valid email address, and mobile phone number. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. All activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been authorized by you. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify dbo007 customer support immediately. We are not liable for any losses arising from unauthorized Account access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
dbo007 reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any time to verify your identity, age, and residential address. Required documents typically include a clear photograph of your Indonesian national identity card (KTP), a recent utility bill or bank statement showing your residential address, and a selfie photograph holding your identification document. Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within 72 hours of our request may result in temporary Account suspension and restriction of withdrawal privileges until verification is completed. dbo007 accepts deposits via major Indonesian banks including BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, and BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia). We also support Indonesian e-wallet services including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All financial transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000 (fifty thousand Indonesian Rupiah). There is no maximum deposit limit, although Players may set personal deposit limits through responsible gaming tools available in Account settings. Deposits are credited to your Account balance immediately upon successful payment confirmation from your bank or e-wallet provider.
Withdrawal requests must be made to a verified Indonesian bank account registered in your name. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000 (one hundred thousand Indonesian Rupiah). Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding Indonesian public holidays such as Idul Fitri, Nyepi, and Indonesian Independence Day). First-time withdrawals and withdrawals exceeding Rp 10.000.000 (ten million Indonesian Rupiah) may require additional verification and processing time.

dbo007 does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction fees, which are beyond dbo007's control and are the Player's responsibility.
Bonuses and promotional offers are available to eligible Players at dbo007's discretion. Unless otherwise specified, bonuses are limited to one per Player, household, IP address, and payment method. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses through duplicate accounts or fraudulent means will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and potential Account closure.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. The specific wagering requirement (e.g., 30x, 40x) is stated in the terms of each promotional offer. For example, if you receive a Rp 500.000 bonus with 30x wagering, you must place Rp 15.000.000 in total bets before the bonus and any associated winnings become withdrawable. Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games, live casino, and sports betting may contribute 10-20% or be excluded entirely. While an active bonus is being wagered, maximum bet limits apply. Unless otherwise specified, the maximum bet per spin (for slots) or per wager (for sports betting and table games) is Rp 50.000. Exceeding maximum bet limits while wagering a bonus will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from that bonus.
Bonuses must be wagered within the validity period specified in the promotional terms, typically 7-30 days from activation. Unused bonuses and unfulfilled wagering requirements expire automatically after the validity period, and any remaining bonus balance is removed from your Account.
dbo007 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings if we determine that bonus terms have been abused. Examples of bonus abuse include but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, colluding with other players, using betting strategies designed solely to fulfill wagering requirements with minimal risk, or exploiting software errors or loopholes. Players found engaging in bonus abuse may face immediate Account termination and forfeiture of all balances.
All Players must engage in fair play. Cheating, collusion with other players, use of automated betting software (bots), exploitation of software errors, or any other form of fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited. dbo007 employs sophisticated fraud detection systems and reserves the right to void bets, withhold winnings, and terminate accounts found engaging in unfair play.
All casino games offered on dbo007 use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology certified by independent testing agencies. Game outcomes are determined randomly and cannot be manipulated by dbo007 or players. RTP (Return to Player) percentages published for each game are audited by third-party testing laboratories including eCOGRA and iTech Labs. If your internet connection is interrupted during gameplay, any active bets or game rounds will be completed according to the game rules. For casino games, incomplete rounds are typically voided, and stakes refunded. For sports bets, placed wagers remain valid and will settle according to the event outcome. For live casino games, the dealer will complete the round according to standard procedures, and results will be recorded in your Account history.

We are not liable for losses arising from service interruptions beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service provider failures, distributed denial-of-service attacks, natural disasters, or force majeure events.
dbo007 partners with third-party game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, etc.) and payment processors. We are not responsible for errors, malfunctions, or disputes arising from third-party services, although we will make reasonable efforts to assist in resolving such issues.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, dbo007's total liability for any claim arising from your use of Services shall not exceed the amount of funds deposited into your Account during the six (6) month period preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based, whether contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closure, you must withdraw all remaining balance from your Account, subject to completion of any active wagering requirements. Once an Account is closed, it cannot be reopened, and you may not register a new Account without written permission from dbo007.
dbo007 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at our sole discretion for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, abusive behavior toward staff, or any conduct deemed harmful to dbo007's operations or other Players. Upon termination for cause, any remaining balance may be forfeited, and any pending withdrawals may be cancelled.
Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are considered dormant. dbo007 reserves the right to charge a monthly dormancy fee of Rp 50.000 or 5% of remaining balance (whichever is less) on dormant accounts until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which dbo007 operates under international gaming licenses. References to "Indonesia" and "Indonesian players" reflect our target market but do not constitute submission to Indonesian domestic jurisdiction.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of dbo007 Services shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between you and dbo007 customer support. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in English in accordance with international arbitration rules. You waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits against dbo007.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
